Be a key person to keep our Agile deliveries flowing at a predictable and steady pace
Bring together the team with stakeholders, other development teams, Product, UX and Program Management to create the best possible end-to-end deliveries
Practise situational leadership between coaching, project management, technical management and people management
Promote team’s self-organization and ownership making sure that commitments are met and deliveries are made on time with an excellent quality
Take care of people management responsibilities including goal setting, performance reviews, salary reviews, competence development and recruitment

Have a few years of experience leading high-performing Agile teams
Continuously develop your leadership skills and drive your own personal growth
Are a structured “people person” with an ability to understand and participate in technical discussions
Possess high-end leadership skills with a coaching mindset
Have previous hands-on experience as a Java Developer
Have previous hands-on management experience
Have a drive to enable and challenge the team to excel, grow and continuously improve
Can quickly gain a good high-level grasp of complex environments and collaborate effectively with other teams
Are fluent in English
