Your role will encompass:

• Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery;
• Design and implement Business Process Digitization (BPD) solutions;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and accelerate process digitization;
• Develop technical specifications (Blueprints) and manage vendor selection (RFI, RFQ, RFP);
• Oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and mitigate risks;
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans;
• Develop training programs for users.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s a plus);
• 4+ years of experience in digital project management;
• Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications preferred);
• Experience with Agile methodologies and vendor management;
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
