Your Impact

In this role, you will lead the advancement and integration of AI and data visualization into the organization’s core processes by building solutions and frameworks, as well as cultivating a culture of AI design excellence.

• Design: Create forward-looking AI experiences and drive design and quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Inspire: Leverage data, collaboration, and your creativity to set visions, inspire others, and generate growth and impact.

We are looking for a designer with a passion for innovative experiences who can contribute to our mission of shaping the future of AI-powered experiences.

• Craftsman: You are skilled at designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for AI-powered experiences. You have a solid understanding of AI UI principles and are proficient in tools like Figma and prototyping software.
• Visionary: You think beyond immediate solutions, focusing on the larger ecosystem and long-term impact. You thrive in complexity and uncertainty, and you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking calculated risks.

Minimum Requirements

• bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Information/Computer Science, or Product Design
• 6+ years’ experience in a related industry
• Proficiency in design tools, e.g. Figma

• Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
