Collaborating extensively with product team members and customer-facing teams to accurately identify requirements and customer needs.
Tackling tech debt head-on, strategizing to break down complex tasks into manageable components, and leading by example through insightful, comprehensive code reviews.
Monitoring and optimizing system performance, scalability, and reliability, setting a high standard for code quality and maintainability.

5+ years of professional experience with PHP, Laravel, or similar programming languages.
Proven experience with PHP, Laravel, Swoole, OpenSwoole, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, PHPUnit & Codeception, Agile Scrum.
In depth experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, third part applications integration.
Confidence in developing and executing test cases to validate the functionality, reliability, and scalability of APIs.
Profound understanding of programming best practices, distributed system concepts (eventual consistency, timeouts, partitioning, circuit breaking, etc.), and the SDLC.
Desired experience with Kafka, clean & event-driven architectures.
Exceptional communication skills - you can clearly express your ideas and actively listen to others.
Adaptability and an open mind - you excel in managing changes.
A passion for learning, mentoring other engineers, and driving continuous improvement.
