Job Description

As a Senior .NET Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating and maintaining enterprise software for recruitment agencies, enabling them to find, hire, and manage employees efficiently.

In this role, you will join a dedicated sub-project team consisting of developers, testers, and a project manager, with members located in the US and Croatia. You will contribute to developing a multi-tenant product designed to digitalize document management for employment across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.

Take advantage of this opportunity to work on a significant project with an active user base, and work with technologies like Kubernetes, performance tests, containerized projects, SSO integrations, messaging and Azure focused on .NET ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for recruitment agencies, helping them find, hire, and manage employees efficiently;
• Leverage modern technologies and frameworks to enhance our product offerings;
• Work with a talented team on a large-scale project with an active and growing user base;
• Write performance and unit tests to meet product SLA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development;
• Experience with Microsoft backend technologies: C#/.NET, ASP.NET (MVC, Core, WebAPI, SOAP), Entity Framework;
• Experience with MS SQL Server database;
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery;
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL and messaging concepts and technologies such as: Redis, Azure ServiceBus, Azure Blob Storage, RabbitMQ;
• Basic knowledge of containerization;
• Unit tests & Performance tests;
• Knowledge of SSO;
• Aware of k8;
• Willingness to learn and improve your knowledge continuously.
