What to expect?

• Lead the creation and design of the company’s quarterly performance scorecard, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and includes key performance indicators in line with the company priorities;
• Regularly track and report on key metrics to ensure company performance is in line with set targets. Update the scorecard quarterly, making necessary adjustments based on evolving business needs and priorities. Rigorously keep track of the measurement evidence for audit purpose;
• Gather and analyze internal data from various departments to assess business performance. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Promote data driven culture by shaping future data needs/models and improve tracking of success measures;
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas requiring attention. Communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner;
• Establish good relationships with key partners across organization and cross regions via regular, engaging, and two-way conversation and collaboration;
• Deliver with ease using several enterprise applications or office tools, e.g. SAP, Salesforce, MicroStrategy, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, etc.;
• Implement continuous improvements to current processes for effectiveness of day-to-day deliveries;
• Maintain accurate and complete documentations for all business processes within the team;
• Acquire good business understanding on Swift products and services to be able to deliver intuitive analysis.

What will make you successful?

• At least 5 years' experience in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent;
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, accountability and ownership behaviour;
• Demonstrates Operational Excellence, detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable way;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Passionate lifelong learner and developing knowledge, with strong business acumen;
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
