Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analyst and stakeholders to understand process requirements and contribute to the full lifecycle of automation projects.
- Support senior developers in the design and architecture of scalable automation solutions.
- Develop, implement, and test solutions in alignment with enterprise system and security requirements.
- Make the best usage of different technologies to create effective end-to-end process automated solutions.
- Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and deployment strategies, under senior guidance.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance technical documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and test scripts.
- Participate in technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and ensure best practices are maintained.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and operational integration of automation solutions.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of automation systems, contributing to improvement initiatives.
- Engage in operational support tasks, addressing and resolving issues within the automation portfolio.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automation technologies and tools, proactively recommending improvements to enhance the automation capabilities of the team.
Requisite Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with UiPath and MS Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience with coding languages like Python or C#.
- Familiarity with system integration through REST APIs.
- Experience with database technologies and query languages like SQL.
- Awareness of OCR technologies and document processing.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of software design principles.
- Familiarity in Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality automation solutions.
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- About 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years of experience in process automation or related technology fields.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
