Develop virtualization solutions that optimize resource utilization and performance;
Integrate virtualization technologies into existing IT infrastructures while ensuring compatibility, security, and efficiency;
Manage day-to-day operations, including applying updates, patches, and configuration changes;
Monitor systems proactively, analyze issues, and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime;
Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement improvements in virtualization infrastructure;
Automate processes to streamline service provisioning and reduce manual work.

Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams and configurations;
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for seamless integration and operation;
Continuously monitor performance and security, identifying and preventing potential issues;
Provide expert advice and support to end users on virtualization solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
Proven experience with virtualization technologies;
Strong understanding of kernel-based virtualization and associated tools;
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation;
Familiarity with virtual networking concepts (virtual switches, VLANs, software-defined networking);
Experience with virtual and software-defined storage solutions;
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
