About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programming principles, database management, infrastructure, and security design. This role demands a comprehensive skill set that spans multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to independently solve complex problems in both frontend and backend development.

Your responsibilities

Understand business requirements and features specifications;
Contribute to architecture discussions, tech specifications and project estimation;
Mentor and manage a team of less experienced software engineers, providing guidance through code reviews and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement;
Work independently to solve problems of different complexity with focus on priorities and business value;
Design and implement software solutions across multiple platforms and frameworks, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure applications;
Communicate with the team effectively during the entire development life cycle;
Stay updated of technological advancements and continuously update your skills.

Role's requirements

5+ years of total experience in software engineering;
Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, etc.);
Experience with backend frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Web API, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.);
Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, etc.);
Deep knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle);
Knowledge of various software architectures, design patterns, CI/CD processes, DevOps practices;
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude;
Ability to work independently, organizational and leadership skills;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree;
Excellent spoken and written English.
