Join our Signal Processing team as a Scrum Master to lead, coach, and inspire Agile teams while contributing to innovative hearing solutions that make a difference in people's lives.

About the Role

As a Scrum Master in the Signal Processing department, you will empower Agile teams to deliver effective results in an environment focused on innovation and collaboration. Acting as a servant leader, you’ll guide the teams through Agile practices, facilitate key ceremonies, and facilitate continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll also have an important role in supporting the organization’s broader Agile practices.

What you will do

Team Leadership

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple (3-4) teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews);
  • Foster a high-trust environment where teams can excel by removing impediments and promoting Agile values;
  • Coach Product Owners, teams and individuals to adopt and refine Agile principles aligned with business goals;
  • Facilitate PI Planning events and contribute to the department’s journey toward greater Agile maturity.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance team processes to address challenges effectively;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize epics, features, and work packages;
  • Champion best practices for Agile development, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps and Miro.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support Product Owners to refine backlogs, define priorities, and maintain delivery timelines;
  • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done;
  • Manage dependencies and foster cross-team collaboration to deliver high-value outcomes.

What you bring

Experience

The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master with a proven ability to foster collaboration and drive Agile excellence. Candidates who have knowledge in audio, DSP, or software creation may find it useful for this role, although it is not essential for application.

  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments;
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira;
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks is advantageous.

Education

  • A degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field;
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Personal competencies

  • Proficient in engaging effectively with diverse groups and facilitating discussions;
  • Focused on creating beneficial outcomes and promoting perpetual progress;
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships across teams.
