Your Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cross-departmental IT projects to drive CureVac's digital transformation agenda;
• Manage all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion, adherence to the defined scope, and strict control over the budget;
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals;
• Inspire and guide project team members to achieve their best;
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks;
• Implement project communication plans and conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential issues;
• Ensure that the project's outcomes are aligned with business objectives and take proactive steps to ensure their successful realization, driving measurable results;
• Manage third-party vendors to achieve project goals.

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in a related field, or an equivalent qualification;
• Extensive experience in IT project management, including large-scale projects with strong knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
• Ideally experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, banking, etc.);
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, proactive and hands-on mentality;
• Flexible mindset, the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels, accountability and adept in discovering innovative approaches to problem-solving;
• Fluency in English, German skills are a plus.
