Our team is responsible for providing the tools and knowledge to accelerate AI development and related activities.

Understanding business requirements and use cases of the user groups
Collaborate on developing MLOps solutions on GPU cluster infrastructure
Be a front runner of new processes among technical stakeholders, drive communication and raise awareness of management via quantifiable metrics
Develop real-time monitoring and offer solutions for optimization (e.g., identifying AI training bottlenecks related to suboptimal hardware utilization)
Educate and guide product teams to use the underlying hardware stack in a resource efficient manner and help them make fact-based technological decisions (e.g., performance optimization)
Continuously document the above technological decisions and best practices

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, machine learning or related area
3+ years of experience in Python software development within ML tooling or operations
Experience with Linux, Docker, ELK stack, and Kubernetes as a user
Good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)
Practical experience with ML and DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience working with distributed big data storage technologies
Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and translating complex infrastructural concepts into business strategies to be communicated to different stakeholders at different levels of seniority and skills
Good command of English language
Interest in the newest technologies surrounding AI
In addition, it would be beneficial to have
Good understanding building production ML pipelines
Experience with experiment tracking tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow)
Familiarity with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
