Your tasks
- Responsible for designing, structuring, planning and implementing defined projects in time, scope and budget, incl. timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
- Leads, manages and supervises all digital projects/programs under responsibility and with high impact together with the third party suppliers (management consultants, implementation partners, software providers and IT auditors), all in compliance with the project management standards in place in OMV Petrom Global Solutions and Borealis Digital Solutions.
- Accountable for managing and setting up the governance and control of diverse and complex digital projects/programs (cross functional and global) for Borealis Digital Solutions ensuring alignment with the connected initiatives and stakeholders to directly support the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Coordinates, steers and executes all project management activities (e.g. estimation preparation, creation of a detailed project plan to monitor and control, manage scope changes, create and follow the communication plan, manage the risks and issues, regular report on progress, define success criteria, manage the stakeholders) in projects/programs under responsibility for the customers in regards to providing value added, efficient and cost effective support.
- Contributes to setting project evaluation KPI´s and works closely with key stakeholders to monitor progress and utilize lessons learned.
- Full accountability for all provided PM services and support, delivering in time, in budget and quality.
Your profile
- Master’s degree: IT Management.
- Relevant professional experience: > 9 years.
- Excellent understanding of digital processes and proven experience in digital projects together with implementing in-house systems and big customized systems like: eg. ERPs, CRMs. This implies a strong knowledge on Application Development Lifecycle ADLC, business analysis, testing process and methodology.
- Broad knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Proven IT skills (especially: M365 suite (incl MS Project, Service Now, Azure Devops,…)).
- Advanced understanding on Change Management (culture, communication, mobilization, leadership, people development).
- Excellent English skills.
- Detailed expertise and thorough understanding of one or more functional areas. Good understanding of the whole company and the interdependencies / impact of the own function.
- Undertakes difficult functional tasks and broadly defined problems in one or several discipline areas. Situations may require adaptation or development of new solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking.
