Scope

We are looking to expand our R&D team in Gilze, the Netherlands. The team consists of approximately 35 employees with all kinds of competences, hardware-, software- and FPGA developers and system test. The R&D team in Gilze is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Synapse and Neuron product lines. The Neuron platform is our new state-of-the-art high-speed processing board with 100Gb interfaces, 2 FPGA’s and a dual core ARM running Linux. It is used as basis for all our Neuron audio and video processing products, like the Bridge, Convert, Protect, Compress, Shuffle and View. The development processes are based on SAFe using the latest technologies and our build and test systems are fully automated. Job Description

Work in a multi-disciplinary team to create our products
Define, design, develop, complex automated system tests
Execute the product tests, report the results and verify bug fixes
Embrace new technologies and share with colleagues
Participate in the continuous improvements of the development process and tools with the focus on QA
Coach and help your colleagues to grow

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Computer Science
Minimum of 3 years experience with automated system testing
Background in software development is a plus

Technical skills:

Several years of experience with QA and automated system testing
Experience with embedded systems with software, hardware, and firmware
Practical knowledge of Python, Pytest and C++, and Linux
Experience with continuous delivery: setup, maintenance, and improvement of test frameworks and environments
Experience with QA technology and tools (Jira, Xray, GitLab CI/CD)
