So, what are the main duties of a Technical Lead/Solution Architect in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Technical Lead/Solution Architect, you will:

• Analyze and document the current Workflow system;
• Propose a plan for evolving to modern solutions;
• Design and contribute to data models;
• Organize workshops with stakeholders;
• Perform data analysis and query databases;
• Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience in IT;
• Experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and relational databases;
• Familiarity with workflow engines like Flowable, Camunda, or Activity;
• Knowledge of architectural tools such as Visio, Draw.io, and frameworks like C4 or arc42 (training can be provided);
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, OpenID Connect, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
