Responsibilities:

• Handle Database environments, supervising system health, capacity planning, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis.
• Installation, patching, and upgrades of databases.
• Proactively supervise the database systems to detect performance problems, SQL tuning, and Database tuning.
• Administration of SAP HANA databases, SAP (Sybase) Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) database.
• Define and implement backup and recovery and high availability scenario and strategies for SAP Systems.
• Performance Analysis and Capacity Management of SAP Environments.
• Maintain internal support guides and technical documentation.

Required skills and Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in Database administration
• Familiarity and understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Managing large databases is a plus.
• SQL and Oracle RDBМS knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with various tools like HANA cockpit, OEM, SQL developer etc.
• University-level degree in IT or a related field.
• Work in an international environment.
• Written and spoken English is essential.
• Good communications skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
