Requirements

• Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role;
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/Kaizen;
• Experienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and Delivery;
• Knowing how to motivate and led highly performant teams;
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.JS is a plus;
• Strong Software Engineering skills, strong SW Design capabilities, fluent on practices and principles;
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written);
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with leadership responsibilities..

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 engineers;
• Participate in the day to day coding;
• Providing reports and insight to management - plan and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimation;
• Build relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, and increase collaboration and facilitate better communication;
• Monitor our teams productivity, and drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles and practices;
• Manage employee career and development plans for talents in your team;
• Support hiring and talent development.
