We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Engineer to drive innovation and efficiency in our fintech operations through artificial intelligence and automation. This role will focus on developing and implementing AI-driven process automation, integrating AI technologies into financial workflows, and optimizing existing systems using platforms like Azure and Power Automate (or similar solutions). The ideal candidate has strong expertise in AI, cloud technologies, automation frameworks, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance fintech processes.
• Utilize cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure, to deploy and manage AI models and automation workflows.
• Integrate AI technologies (e.g., NLP, machine learning, generative AI) into existing business processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Optimize and improve AI models and automation scripts.
• Work with databases, particularly vector and graph databases, with experience in Databricks being a plus.
• Leverage LangChain framework for building and optimizing AI-driven applications and automation workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and cloud-based technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and process automation.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain framework for AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Logic Apps).
• Strong programming skills in Python or Typescript.
• Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of financial systems, banking APIs, and fintech workflows.
• Experience working with vector and graph databases.
• Experience with Databricks and big data processing is a plus.
• Certification in Azure AI or cloud automation is an advantage.
• Experience with GitHub and DevOps practices is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
