Experience: Minimum 5 years as a System Administrator or 3+ years as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer.
Automation: Proven expertise in developing automation solutions.
Linux Administration: Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
Programming: Advanced Python programming skills (solid understanding of data structures).
Networking: In-depth understanding of the network stack, including NGINX, DNS, DHCP, PXE, and firewall/routing/NAT differences.
Infrastructure as Code: Practical knowledge of IaC principles.
CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Virtualization & Containerization: Strong experience in virtualization and containerization technologies.
Cloud: Hands-on experience with public and hybrid cloud environments.
Communication: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams in multiple countries.

Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Hands-on knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, ESX, Virtuozzo/OpenVZ).
Proficiency in managing monitoring (Prometheus, Graphite), alerting (Alerta), and logging (ELK/EFK) systems.
Experience integrating with the Atlassian tool stack (Bitbucket, Jira).
Understanding of programming patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
