As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to spearhead our organization's journey toward AI-driven innovation, with a focus on transforming and optimizing Customer Support, KYC, Risk & Compliance Operations and other operational processes. This is a senior-level role designed for a visionary leader with a strong background in process automation, operational simplification, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience driving impactful transformations and a proven track record of implementing AI technologies. A strong focus on data management and collaboration with technology teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to automate and simplify business and operational processes, reducing complexity and improving efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven innovation across the organization.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy for Operations aligned with the organization’s long-term vision and business objectives.
  • Identify key opportunities where AI can streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive enterprise value.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of AI technologies across operational functions. Ensure successful integration of AI solutions into existing processes, driving measurable results.
  • Establish robust data management practices to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data used in AI initiatives in the Operations department.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to align goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and re-engineer workflows for operational processes.
  • Act as a change leader, fostering adoption of AI-driven initiatives within the operations functions.
  • Partner with technical and data teams to ensure scalable AI solutions that meet business requirements and objectives and to build data pipelines and leverage insights for informed decision-making.
  • Develop KPIs and measure the success of AI transformation initiatives for the Operations team.
  • Continuously monitor performance and identify areas for further optimization and innovation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation, simplification, or operational transformation.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI technologies and driving digital transformation projects.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategies with business goals.
  • Expertise in process re-engineering, automation tools, and AI technologies.
  • Strong focus on data management, governance, and leveraging data insights.
  • Good level of technology expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and engineering teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Background in automating operations or operational excellence is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning models, or natural language processing is an advantage.
