As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to spearhead our organization's journey toward AI-driven innovation, with a focus on transforming and optimizing Customer Support, KYC, Risk & Compliance Operations and other operational processes. This is a senior-level role designed for a visionary leader with a strong background in process automation, operational simplification, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience driving impactful transformations and a proven track record of implementing AI technologies. A strong focus on data management and collaboration with technology teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to automate and simplify business and operational processes, reducing complexity and improving efficiency.
Promote a culture of data-driven innovation across the organization.
Define and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy for Operations aligned with the organization’s long-term vision and business objectives.
Identify key opportunities where AI can streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive enterprise value.
Oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of AI technologies across operational functions. Ensure successful integration of AI solutions into existing processes, driving measurable results.
Establish robust data management practices to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data used in AI initiatives in the Operations department.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to align goals and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and re-engineer workflows for operational processes.
Act as a change leader, fostering adoption of AI-driven initiatives within the operations functions.
Partner with technical and data teams to ensure scalable AI solutions that meet business requirements and objectives and to build data pipelines and leverage insights for informed decision-making.
Develop KPIs and measure the success of AI transformation initiatives for the Operations team.
Continuously monitor performance and identify areas for further optimization and innovation.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.

What you'll bring:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation, simplification, or operational transformation.
Proven track record of implementing AI technologies and driving digital transformation projects.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategies with business goals.
Expertise in process re-engineering, automation tools, and AI technologies.
Strong focus on data management, governance, and leveraging data insights.
Good level of technology expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and engineering teams.
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Background in automating operations or operational excellence is a strong plus.
Knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning models, or natural language processing is an advantage.
