Design, install, and manage both on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments;
Collaborate with business, security, and IT teams to develop and maintain policies and standards for directory services;
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows Server and identity management issues;
Mentor the infrastructure team on best practices for AD and Entra ID architecture and operations;
Provides escalated support for Business-Critical issues;
Ensure licensing compliance and manage enterprise software agreements;
Support authentication protocols like LDAP, Kerberos, and ADFS;
Work with other IT teams to deliver security-focused solutions and maintain a reliable infrastructure.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 7-10 years of enterprise IT experience;
Strong expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server administration, including cloud platforms (Azure, VMware, Nutanix);
Proficiency in authentication technologies like Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth, plus automation and scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell);
Experience managing enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud) and understanding of disaster recovery practices;
Strong strategic planning with experience in setting goals and mentoring teams;
Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and communication skills to collaborate across teams;
Fluent in English (written and oral);
Willingness to travel up to 25 %.
