What you will do

As the Automation Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting the Commercial Data Automation & AI Strategy Manager by executing routine operational tasks and driving automation initiatives. You’ll have a chance to gain hands-on experience in sales process automation, data-driven outreach, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual looking to jump-start their career in automation, data strategy, and AI.

Support Operational Tasks: Handle routine operational tasks such as tracking and reporting on sales activities, conducting Groove audits, and managing user support/training.
Implement Automation: Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across sales processes.
Drive Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into outreach strategies for various sales segments (Indy, Group, Chain, DMO, Enterprise).
Manage Tools & Systems: Help maintain and optimize internal tools and systems, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to continuous improvements.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Data Science, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to support automation and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic knowledge of automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Clari, Google App Scripts, Salesforce) is a plus.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting metrics is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
