Your role in a nutshell:

The Frontend Developer supports the Online Delivery department and develops web solutions for the website, e-commerce site and management portal of Vodafone Germany. This role will architect and develop websites and applications using different web technologies. Furthermore, the Senior Front-end Developer will focus on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of the code base for the front-end developer community.

What you’ll do:

Develop and optimise web solutions for online users together with experienced developers from Vodafone Germany;
Manage the development of the current website through the full lifecycle as part of an agile Scrum team;
Coordinate all technical development activities;
Develop solutions in close cooperation with product owners, UX, editorial, quality assurance and operations, from the initial idea to the launch of new functionalities;
Support the development of an agile front-end delivery chain based on React in the context of DevOps, continuous deployment, and test automation;
Take ownership of the developed code and share knowledge with other developers during code reviews with a focus on clean code principles and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the team:

3+ years of experience in JavaScript;
Strong know-how in React;
Experience in delivering high-value projects, websites and presenting them to stakeholders;
Agile-based software development, capability to write clean, well-documented code;
Full proficiency in English.
