IT Business Analyst with Validation Focus

We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst with experience within compliance to join our growing team. As a key member of the product team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and applying a risk-based approach when gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders in the business to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise specifications for our development team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

To collect requirements from the business related to changes to existing systems or projects, and be able to translate these into User Stories (supporting our agile way of working)
To ensure progress of the tasks at hand and the ability to reach out to stakeholders to collect input, as well as keeping track and ensuring overview of decisions
To act as a Compliance Manager within the team, ensuring the documentation is fit for intended use to keep the system in a validated state
To ensure Stakeholder Management by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

You may hold a relevant IT academic degree or something completely different. Most importantly, you can analyze and visualize business needs and help deliver the solutions to those needs.

Furthermore, you have:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
Experience within the agile framework and/or scrum
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
Experience within support and operations in IT System systems
Experience within test of requirements in relevant tools – e.g. Azure DevOps
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous
