We are currently seeking a professional Python Development Team Leader to manage our team of 4 skilled Python developers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of Python, and a passion for working with cutting-edge technologies.

Your influential mission. You will...

Lead the development of our system;
Own and enhance dozens of microservices;
Create new services from scratch;
Design APIs for external and internal integrations;
Design the architecture of new and current services;
Solving problems and investigating issues with very little guidance or initial information;
Lead the integration with other units in Playtech and with external clients;
Enhance and own ML applications;
Speak to business stakeholders as required.

Qualifications

Bring a minimum of 10 years experience in software development on production systems;
Possess a minimum of 6 years experience in developing Python applications;
Have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
Can demonstrate experience in creating high-load REST services;
Are familiar with CI-CD processes and technologies such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.;
Have experience working with databases such as MySQL, Redis, Athena, etc.;
Possessing experience with AWS technologies;
Have a high level of English proficiency;
Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or a related field).
