Analysis of Business requirements.
Documentation of Business requirements.
Business model analysis.
Business process analysis.
Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
Risk analysis.
Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customer, project manager

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

Master Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 14 years of general IT experience.
At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus.
Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager.
At least 10 years of specific expertise in IT development.
Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports).
Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
