Do you have sound experience as a system expert or engineer, enabling you to master proficiency in managing applications and technical architectures with Microsoft (Cloud and on-premise), along with a strong knowledge of security management, auditing methodology and technology risk assessment? Are you an Office 365 subject expert, with Microsoft certifications in AD, Exchange and Azure? Overseeing the day-to-day administration of Microsoft Solutions Services, both on our premises and in the cloud, you will ensure the continual availability of AD, Office 365, Windows 365, Dynamics 365, CoPilot, mail, telephony and Azure solutions. At the same time, you will actively participate in migrating our systems to Microsoft Cloud and collaborate closely with the user support team to enhance internal clients’ experiences. Above all, you will create comprehensive documentation of procedures to enhance our knowledge base and proactively resolve any technical problems to ensure seamless service delivery at all times.
To join us, you should bring:
- A postgraduate qualification in computing engineering or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a system expert or engineer, preferably gained in the banking sector, with a software provider or consulting company;
- A minimum of Microsoft certifications on AD, Exchange, Office 365 and Azure is required. Good understanding of Microsoft Licensing and Microsoft Azure Capacity planning;
- Familiarity with IT project integration and operations;
- Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills;
- Proven ability to draft clear documentation on complex issues;
- Excellent command of either English or French, backed by a working knowledge of the other language;
- Finally, awareness of VMWare, Quest and ServiceNow would be very useful.
