We are looking for a Senior DevOps/Software Engineer to enhance our growth initiatives and support key operational activities.

Responsibilities

Drive the operational and developmental aspects of our financial applications, ensuring smooth integration and management on cloud infrastructure;
Design, develop, and maintain Assetmax’s Wealth Management Software, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability;
Optimize and automate cloud-based environments, ensuring high availability and resilience for our clients' applications;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile DevOps setup;
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across production and non-production environments to uphold top standards of uptime and performance;
Establish and maintain robust deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines tailored for financial applications;
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives to automate cloud environments and streamline operations, enhancing productivity and consistency.

Who you are

Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Strong experience in DevOps, specializing in AWS cloud technology, with a deep focus on financial applications and cloud operations;
Several years of experience as a Software Developer;
Strong DevOps approach, focused on automation, scability, and continuous improvement;
Experience in high-stakes financial environments, understandingdata security, regulatory requirements, and operational resilience;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time;
Fluency in English for business communication. German and/or Italian are a plus;
Willingness to be part of a support organization, with a commitment to swift issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
