Senior Network Support Engineer

Daily challenges
- Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support;
- Planning and implementation of normal, standard or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for;
- Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality;
- Participating in Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management lifecycle activities;
- Building good awareness of the customers’ business, environment and support processes;
- Participating in on-call duty shift schedule.
eXperience and skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of relevant network experience, preferably supporting Enterprise customers;
- Deep knowledge in TCP/IP, routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (Ethernet, STP, LACP, VTP) and other network technologies and protocols, such as ICMP, ARP, Port-security, etc.;
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes;
- Good communication skills and Customer centric focus - ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all customers, partners and users, internal and external;
- Fluent English.
What we will consider as an advantage:
- Cisco CCNP and/or other equivalent network certification;
- Experience with Cisco and HP/Aruba network technologies;
- Experience with Wireless Network Technologies (Cisco, Aruba);
- Experience with F5 BigIP Load Balancers (including LTM, ASM, APM, GTM modules);
- Public Cloud (Azure, AWS);
- SDWAN (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, VMware).
