What you will do:

Develop high-quality products within an agile, motivated development team.
Deliver new features aligned with customer expectations while maintaining clean code and automated tests.
Promote a strong coding culture and enhance our DevOps practices (CI/CD, pull requests, pair programming).
Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps culture and tooling.
Take end-to-end responsibility for select applications, with operations support provided by a dedicated team.

What you bring & who you are:

University degree in computer science or a related field.
7+ years of OOP experience, with at least 3 years in C#.NET and REST API development.
3+ years of experience in automated testing (unit, integration, regression).
Experience in building frontends (Angular, WPF).
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to participate in workshops at our headquarters in Switzerland.
Nice-to-haves: experience with databases, message brokers, microservices, containers, Azure DevOps, and observability frameworks.
