Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Project Manager with a strong background in complex SAP ERP implementation and infrastructure project management. This role requires a balance of expertise in technical project management, leadership, and strategic business acumen.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
Oversee a portfolio of projects, managing dependencies and interactions between projects to ensure alignment with broader business objectives;
Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments, if necessary, during the project cycle;
Mentor and develop junior project managers, providing guidance and support in project management principles and practices;
Identify and manage project budget, risks, dependencies, and critical path;
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus;
Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in IT project management infrastructure and applications, with at least 4 years focused on SAP ERP implementations;
Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP systems, their implementation, and best practices.
