Showing at least 3 years of experience in Workday integration
Knowledgeable in HR Workday components, including Offer, Talent Management, and Payroll functions
Proficient in Workday integration tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF
Capable of developing, testing, and deploying robust integration solutions
Possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
Experienced in managing integration projects, including planning, execution, testing, and support
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiar with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs (would be a plus)

Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF
Develop and maintain integration solutions for HR functions, including Offer, Talent Management, and Payroll
Provide technical expertise in Workday integration and serve as a subject matter expert
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Work closely with other Workday team members, including HCM Consultants, Business Analysts, and Payroll Specialists, to ensure integrated solutions meet business needs
Manage integration projects from concept to implementation, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support
Develop comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Workday integration best practices
Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal integration solutions
