What is the role?

As an experienced JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for our SpaceDev platform and its design, development, and maintenance. You will help us in creating it as a critical tool used by our engineers and clients for the management and operation of our satellite platforms and systems.

Some of your daily tasks will include

• Develop and enhance front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience
• Collaborate with our development teams to deliver features that meet user requirements and maintain the platform's high standards
• Optimize the platform's performance, ensuring quick load times and efficient processing
• Implement security measures and best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, ensuring maintainability and ease of future development
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, actively researching and recommending tools and practices that improve our development processes

What do we look for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScipt, HTML, CSS
• Solid understanding of REST and WebSocket API
• Experience with database technologies and ORM frameworks
• Advantage for experience with Redux and/or with Electron
