We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Baden, with a special focus on the Human Resources domain. If you have a proven track record in IT project management, especially within HR systems, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

What you will do:

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects in the Human Resources area, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget delivery.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between IT teams, HR departments, and stakeholders.

What you bring & who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years in IT project management, focusing on HR systems and processes.
Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll systems, and HR technologies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Spanish is a plus.
