IT Junior Project Manager

RINA

The ideal candidate will support RINA to govern the digital transformation plan from technical and development standpoints, mainly for HR systems.

Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they meet the scope, quality, and budget requirements
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
Apply best practices and methodologies for project management, data analysis, and financial reporting
Analyze and interpret data from various sources, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and problem solving

Knowledge of the following technologies/products:
- Project Management tools (example: MS Project)
- Cloud infrastructure and application architecture
Knowledge of data management and data governance frameworks
Nice to have: Knowledge of HR processes and tools
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
