create detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify the resources needed and develop a schedule to track progress.
ensure that every project has standardized entry and gatekeeping of project goals and requirements.
coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
maintain clear and constant communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
oversee the development, testing, implementation and documentation of the technical project to ensure it meets the project objectives.
manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
guide and support the project team to help them work effectively and meet project deadlines.

a good understanding of project management principles.
a good understanding of the development of distributed systems.
knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile Scrum etc.
a degree or similar in Computer Science or Engineering.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
3 years prior experience managing technical projects.
the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, from tech members to executive.
good leadership, problem solving, organizational and negation skills.
