Job description:

• Service owner for Online Trust Center;
• Ensuring the definitions of the Service Level Agreement are met;
• Manage external operational team for day-to-day activities;
• Single point of contact for this service within the organization;
• Define workflows related to cryptography;
• Support customers for non-automated operations;
• Consult the business and introduce new features on demand ;
• Plan changes and oversee implementation of upgrades;
• Ensure documentation and Audit readiness;
• Budget planning and control;
• Maintain communication channels with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of cryptographic concepts;
• Good management and communication skills;
• Strong analytic thinking and problem-solving skills;
• ITIL framework knowledge;
• Basic Linux skills;
• Knowhow of programming methodologies;
• Basic skills of supplier management;
• Advanced English (B2/C1);
• Driver license B;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

Professional experience:

• Bachelor, Master or similar degree in Information Technology or related area;
• Several years of experience within an IT service environment (ITIL);
• Several years of experience with IT supplier management.
