YOUR MISSION

As Embedded Software Engineer Optics, you play a key role in the development of optoelectronic components and systems for defence, industry and aerospace applications.

Your tasks are the following:

  • Develop and adapt the embedded software for embedded microcontrollers;
  • Define the software specification and architecture;
  • Adapt or design the Linux OS drivers or kernel modules and the end user applications to control the systems;
  • Create the coding, including the handling of the mission critical quality level;
  • Determine the software test specification and execute the tests and verification;
  • Integrate the software with the hardware.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Master in Engineering (Electronics or Computer Science, Embedded Systems);
  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development and verification;
  • Extensive practice in OOP, C, C++, Linux systems;
  • Good know-how of interfaces with electronic hardware and FPGA;
  • Familiarity with version control, image processing and RTOS;
  • Able to work autonomous and rigorous;
  • Fluent in English.
