Role Summary:

With overall responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, and risk management as well as quality and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects, the successful candidate will be experienced in delivering large and complex projects, assigning responsibilities, creating project schedules and determining resources needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

The customer is a major verticalized utilities in Electricity business and the delivery consists in an advanced software delivery for distribution and transmission system and associated hardware. This will also be interconnected with a GIS system managing more than 2M customers.

You will be based either at the customer site in Copenhagen, or in our site in Fredericia, where your essential responsibilities will be:

  • Manage for the end-to-end delivery of complete project as per agreed schedule & budget;
  • Responsible for risk assessment and creating/executing plans to mitigate risks;
  • Build customer loyalty through project execution excellence and actively promote quality awareness and improvements;
  • Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members including both internal and external;
  • Liaise with product development teams to: fully capture all customer product requirements; track and manage customer product developments; oversee product and project testing lifecycle;
  • Manage for the end-to-end delivery of complete project as per agreed schedule & budget;

TEAM WORK

  • Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork among project team members including both internal and external;
  • Liaise with product development teams to: fully capture all customer product requirements; track and manage customer product developments; oversee product and project testing lifecycle.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

  • Organize regular internal and external meetings;
  • Reporting and performance management of KPIs;
  • Ensure Program Review Boards take place and followed up appropriately;
  • Project Management of flow business activities service deliveries within the program;
  • Ensure delivery of major projects within the overall program of work;
  • Ensure project execution and internal order (hardware, license) are executed to meet the overall planning requirement;
  • Ensure all activities are adequately managed:
    • Orders & Pipeline across our installed base;
    • Plans/Milestones/Project purchase delivery;
    • Quality & Processes;
    • Financial Performance Orders, Revenue, CM and Cash.
  • Working as the customer account manager to foster closer ties with end customer and increase GE work portfolio;
  • Flexibility to travel to customer site (predominately Europe & ME) for short periods (1 wk per month).
