The IT Support Technician is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements. The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.
Provide first-line IT support by telephone and e-mail;
Provide on-site support during office hours;
Support and troubleshooting for applications and systems following systems;
Assist with system administration for IT infrastructure and back-end systems.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred;
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support;
Good verbal and written communication skills. High English level is a must;
Must possess excellent customer service skills;
Must be knowledgeable in MicroSoft technology – Outlook/Office/Active Directory;
