ML Data Scientist

The opportunity

We are looking for a highlight motivated Data Scientist with a strong background in designing and building Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models.

Reporting to our ML Team Lead, you will play a key role in keeping a strong collective knowledge on how to continuously improve our products to follow SOTA methodologies and generate high-quality insights.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Work collaboratively on problems in a supportive and diverse data science team.
Provide customer-oriented insights and solutions by understanding the business, product, data, and customer perspective.
Design technical ML solutions based on defined high-level business requirements.
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines for insight generation in healthcare and life sciences.
Ensure solutions follow our generalization and scalability requirements.
Implement ML techniques and statistical analysis to ensure interoperability, quality, and explainability of our ML-enabled insights.
Play an active role in achieving team goals and our ML innovation roadmap.
Contribute to defining and testing our products in the broadest sense possible, including testing for AI bias, transparency, and reliability.
Work closely with the engineering and data science teams to drive product release.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrable industry experience of developing real-world applications in the ML field.
Proficient in modern Python programming and coding best practices such as PEP8, source code modularity and documentation, automated testing.
Experience with applying ML techniques to solve real-world problems.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical challenges into an execution plan.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
