Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Professional to lead our security strategy, with a particular emphasis on Cloud, IoT & embedded devices, and OT.

The role encompasses governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) aspects, in a dynamic & technologically advanced environment.

The Director of Security, will lead the organization's information security strategy, with a focus on the integration and protection of IoT systems & cloud.

This position demands a strategic mindset, offering an exceptional opportunity for a leader versed in various information security domains. Primary Responsibilities:

Direct and manage IT, OT, IoT, and Embedded Security, along with GRC initiatives;
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in line with industry standards;
Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits;
Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure robust security understanding and compliance;
Uphold and surpass regulatory compliance requirements in information security;
High-quality report writing and presentation on cloud security and operational risk frameworks;
Define the Security Operational Model, along with awareness initiatives for the company;
Define the model for evaluation and approval of the Security Business Continuity Plans;
Security Incidents response strategy and operational model in IT, OT and IoT.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field;
Strong background in ICT risks, IT control, information security, business continuity, IT operations, and IT audit methodologies;
Capability to report directly to C-level management;
Experience in security evaluation and test definitions;
+10 years of experience with a focus on compliance within the industry;
Demonstrated expertise in various information security domains, notably IoT and software;
Possession of one or more recognized security or audit certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP);
Profound analytical skills and the ability to lead discussions and build consensus across different organisational layers;
Strategic, holistic, and long-term-oriented thinker;
Fluency in English.
