Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, with a focus on Data Mesh architecture, to align with business goals and objectives;
Lead the implementation of Data Mesh principles, including domain-driven ownership, decentralized data ownership, and data product thinking, to transform our data ecosystem;
Design and maintain data models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient and optimized for performance;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust data integration pipelines and ETL processes;
Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality, security and compliance within the Data Mesh framework;
Lead data & BI professionals functionally, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
Drive the design and development of the company's data architecture, “gluing” BI and Data Science architecture, selecting appropriate tools and technologies while aligning with Data Mesh principles;
Utilize Python and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis and scripting tasks as needed;
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, processes and best practices;
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role in a data-driven organization;
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting;
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting;
Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and data integration;
Experience with data modeling and database design;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude;
Data governance and data quality expertise;
In-depth understanding and practical experience with Data Mesh architecture principles.
