We are searching for a Business Analyst in the Research & Development (R&D) Department at Playtech Managed Services. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our new product development initiatives. This role involves comprehensive involvement in documenting and crafting detailed manuals and guides for new products, ensuring a clear understanding and seamless implementation of these innovations across the company.

Spearhead the creation of comprehensive documentation, manuals, and user guides for new products developed by the R&D team.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to understand product functionalities and features.
Analyze existing processes within the R&D department, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and feedback for documentation purposes.
Assist in developing training materials for internal teams to ensure effective product usage and implementation.
Review and ensure the accuracy and relevance of all documentation and guides produced.
Liaise with various departments, including technical, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure consistency in product knowledge and documentation.
Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
Regularly update documentation based on user feedback and continuous product development.
Ensure all documentation is in line with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business analysis or technical writing role, preferably within an R&D or product development environment.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Are proficient in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite).
Are familiar with .NET, MVC, React, Python and Java.
Have the ability to understand and translate complex product information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Are experienced in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Are proactive and can work both independently and as part of a team.
