Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with significant experience in designing solutions, customer requirements clarifications etc. As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the growing team on the crossroads of the projects, products and management, helping delivery teams to estimate and design the solutions.

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• Bachelors or Masters's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Software Development industry
• knowledge of industry software engineering practices and SDLC
• strong interpersonal skills, ability to work successfully with teams and individuals across the organization and different locations
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must
• strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, self-directed and high attention to detail
• ideally, knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms business domain

As a part of our team you will be:

• analyzing the feasibility to create a software product requested
• defining the basic architecture of the software product for the customer
• defining key user-cases for the software
• creating generic Architectural Diagrams and Solution descriptions for the software
• creating templates for the high-level solution architecture/design for the new software products based on customer inputs (detailed software architecture skills are NOT required)
• creating component-based architecture of the solution based on the template
• negotiating with potential customers, clarifying requirements
• communicating with experts within the company departments
• participating in presale calls, doing demos of the products
• estimating the project with the development team(s)
• participating in discovery phases of the project for upcoming projects and leads
