We are searching for a Business Analyst in the Research & Development (R&D) Department at Playtech Managed Services. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our new product development initiatives. This role involves comprehensive involvement in documenting and crafting detailed manuals and guides for new products, ensuring a clear understanding and seamless implementation of these innovations across the company.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Spearhead the creation of comprehensive documentation, manuals, and user guides for new products developed by the R&D team.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to understand product functionalities and features.
  •  Analyze existing processes within the R&D department, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and feedback for documentation purposes.
  • Assist in developing training materials for internal teams to ensure effective product usage and implementation.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and relevance of all documentation and guides produced.
  • Liaise with various departments, including technical, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure consistency in product knowledge and documentation.
  • Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Regularly update documentation based on user feedback and continuous product development.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with industry standards and company policies. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business analysis or technical writing role, preferably within an R&D or product development environment.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Are proficient in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite).
  • Are familiar with .NET, MVC, React, Python and Java.
  • Have the ability to understand and translate complex product information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Are experienced in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Are proactive and can work both independently and as part of a team.

You'll get extra points for... 

  • Having an understanding of MS SQL, and Postgres queries.
  • Knowing the gambling industry and Playtech products is a plus.
